Tell me who you are not excited for Iron Man 3 coming this May, I will not believe you!

I am so excited for this movie, I am an Iron Man fan and my son too!

It was said that in this movie, Iron Man will discover the answer to the question: “Does the man make the suit or does the suit make the man?”.

I also want to know the answer but I am more curious with his powerful enemy, the Mandarin and how this movie will be related to The Avengers. Is this a post Avengers movie or before? I heard that this is the first Iron Man movie where Nick Fury will not appear and a new suit will be launch on this movie. I can’t wait for May!

This was in episode 15, titled Cooler shown last January 29. The episode ends with the two locking lips and Nick saying, I meant something like that, after the passionate moment.

The kiss started as a game. The two ended up in a locked room and the housemates are all telling them to kiss. Nick, instead of kissing Jess, went out to the window and almost killed himself. That’s darn! He’d rather kill himself than kiss Jess. Later on, when the two is alone, Nick suddenly kissed Jess and said those phrase.. so he means kissing Jess passionately and not for the sake of the fame. Sweetness overload!

But the moment ended when Sam opened Jess’ bedroom door and they sleep together…awww

After much prodding from her, I finally look for a download and watched the movie.

The movie is about Becca, a freshman at Barden University, she was forced by her dad to join the all girls singing group at her University. The group recovering from a recent humiliation where the lead singer threw up violently in front of the judges is looking for new members to regain its reputation. In a series of singing competition, the group were faced with different dilemmas and drama. In the end, the group was able to perform and had their last chance to prove they can make it.

It was a perfect feel good movie. I love the sound track specially how each song was incorporated. My most favorite part is the riff off where each group outdo each other with songs from different genre and categories.

Pitch Perfect became famous with songs like Titanium and I saw the sign.

The movie in overall was great, the acting was superb and the singing is just right to me. I love Ane Hathaway’s rendition of I dreamed a dream. I also like the song Do you hear the people sing and Star. I said good thing I did not watched the 25th anniversary concert first before watching the movie, I am pretty sure I’d be disappointed with some of the actors that played in the movie. Nothing can measure up to the greatness and suaveness of the stage musical version, specially with hitting the correct notes. The movie made it more meaningful with close up shots and great production which seems to be absent on most musical adaptation.

Will I watch again? Probably not, specially after watching the 25th anniversary concert. The movie is great but it is not something that you would watch over and over again.

If there is a hotel like that existing nowadays, I wouldn’t dare check in and mingle with Dracula, I need to learn bleh bleh first LOL.

Hotel Transylvania is a movie about father and daughter relationship. I watched this a few weeks after I have seen Brave and I was like, why most movies are all about daughters? How about sons? Then I remembered Nemo! That’s a father son movie.. OK enough  of that, let’s move on to the movie, shall we?

It’s a 3D computer-animated comedy film focusing on Dracula, the owner of Hotel Transylvania and his daughter Mavis. As Mavis turns 118, her father threw a party for her inviting all the monsters you can think of (Frankenstien’s monster, the mummy, werewolf family and a lot more). Zombies and witches are the hotels manpower, from construction to house cleaning. Aside from the party, Dracula finally allowed Mavis to go out and see the world, starting with the little village past the cemetery. Dracula has been telling his daughter how bad humans are and it was proven when Mavis went up to the little village and “people” wants to burn her. It turns, the scenario was a set up.

All things are going as planned but when a 21 year old traveler stumbled in the hotel, Dracula losses it and he must do everything he can to vanish the human while keeping their world a secret. It would have been easier if not for his daughter liking the human.

I will not give a spoiler as the ending is really cute and you really must watch it. But overall, the animation is flawless and the soundtrack is cool too! Adam Sandler did it again!

Although, I can almost compare it to Brother Bear, the plot is way different, yeah except for the part that a human was transformed into a bear. There is just a little loop hole int he story, the tapestry magic, I just don’t get it, or maybe I am just seeing it at the wrong angle. Basically, this movie is something a family can enjoy. Throw some popcorn and enjoy it with your butt on the bean bag.

I love watching movie musical but I am not a fan of stage musicals. When I learned that Anne Hathaway is included in this movie, I am intrigued. My sister who loves musical, insisted we watch it together, but first I must watch a few Les Miserables clips in order to appreciate the movie and the music behind it.

This was released a few days ago but here in my country it will be released on January. Unexpected amount of time to wait for the unexpected journey.

And while I am waiting for this journey, I read a few reviews and what not about The Hobbit here and there.

I learned that this movie is a prequel to one of my favorite trilogy, The Lord of the Rings. And this film will also be a trilogy, following this movie is The Desolation of Smaug and There and Back Again, to be released in 2013 and 2014 respectively. I am guessing that it will be released in our country by early 2014 and early 2015 just as An Unexpected Journey will be released by early 2013.

I know it is not right to compare the two considering that the genre is different, but hey both are Snow White movie so I could not help but compare.

Mirror Mirror is not an ounce boring, it was hilarious! Though I am a bit bothered by Snow White’s thick brow but I guess it’s part of the movie being a comedy. The story is enchanting and Julia Roberts acting is really funny. I have to mention the scenery as it was breath taking and the dwarfs having a career of their own is a nice twist to the story.

Everything in the movie is sloooooooow, to say I was bored is an understatement. Being a movie fanatic I endured the whole movie and see if there would be some changes towards the end, unfortunately there was none.

What’s funny is how Charlize Theron over acting compensates the under acting of other characters in the movie. It’s too much I want to cry every-time I see her and I fear that every other character would end up in her mouth.
